(a). A Costal state can exercise Jurisdiction on any crime on the board of a foreign vessel passing through the territorial sea.
(b). A Costal state may arrest or divert a foreign vessel passing through its territory.
(c). A Costal state can exercise jurisdiction on a foreign vessel if the consequences of the crime extend beyond the vessel.
(d). A state has absolute jurisdiction over a foreign vessel in its territorial water.
